    DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY at this time: We ship USPS First Class Mail and Priority if upgraded for smaller orders and UPS or FedEx for large orders and all include online tracking. Tracking number will be sent once shipped.

     Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing time from time of purchase for updates on tracking.

    *PLEASE NOTE THESE SHIPPING OPTIONS REFLECT ESTIMATED AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES. We hand off your package to carriers within 3 to 5 business days or sooner. Once your package is with the carrier, the delivery time is dependent on the carrier.



    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Please be sure to add any Apartment or Suite number if part of your address and be sure to add Street, Avenue, Terrace, Etc…  and any pertinent information. Please understand there may be a shipping delay if you do not include the full address as USPS considers this an "Unconfirmed" shipping address. If you realize your address is incorrect after purchase, please send us a message ASAP and if not already shipped we will make every attempt to make the correction to avoid a delay in shipping and/or not receiving your purchase*

    FOR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED, STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY, UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED OR ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT: For packages marked “Delivered” but not received, We recommend that you start by checking with your family, friends, or roommates to see if someone brought it in for you. We had someone contact us a year later apologizing saying when they moved their furniture, they found their package, someone had brought it in and it had fallen behind a bookshelf, and they had insisted they had never received it so be sure to check around. Next try to catch your postal person and let them know you did not receive it and ask for their recommendation and next call your local post office and talk to the supervisor, they can usually be a big help in directing you what to do. We’re happy to help where we can and through the process, but a refund or replacement will not be issued for merchandise that has been marked as "delivered" to your requested address, according to the USPS tracking number. You can request a signature confirmation at delivery for an additional $2.20 USD. Also, partial refunds (minus original shipping) are issued when an order is returned because a delivery attempt was made and a notice was left, but the buyer did not pick up the package or arrange a re-delivery or an incorrect address was provided.

    *Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
